Due to relocation, I will be discontinuing service with my current internet provider and since this site is self hosted it will be shutting down. I'm not sure when the site will return, nor how frequent I'll be able to get online. It's quite likely that I will move the TeensyMud project to sourceforge.

That'd be a shame, I think.
This is a somewhat old post though - guess you've shut it down and opened again in the meantime?

While we're on the matter of updates - are there any planned for the near future (or far, for that matter)?

How is the game itself coming along?

Tobias.

PS: Merry Xmas and all that :-)

Hi Tyche!

I was wondering what your current intentions are for Teensy, if any? I'm currently studying Ruby and planning some features out. Are you interested in adding anything else to the codebase, or should I start planning on calling it something new based on Teensy? :)

A lot has happened in five years. Obviously I migrated the site over to my new ISP. ;-)
The first thing I'm planning to do is update the code so it will actually run on modern Ruby versions, like version 1.9.x. I expect I'll incorporate some snippets others have produced, do a little refactoring and review the old feature list.
